Johnny Buck

Johnny is a retired MMA fighter and is still actively competing in catch wrestling and BJJ on the world level. He wrestled for 5 years at The Citadel where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology Education. After graduating he bought into his first gym and has been in the gym business since 2008. He has been coaching athletes and clients since college and plans on doing so until he is old. Even then he plans on rolling around in a scooter coaching.

Yo took my 1st kickboxing class this morning at Rogue Combat club! Running off some major endorphins right now, the class was a blast. The environment was awesome! Everyone was super welcoming and helpful on my first day. Alot of encouragement and support, not only from the staff but your fellow classmates. Great workout, different excercises, constant moving with short breaks in between, this class keeps you focused and is alot of fun! Definitely planning to make the combat club a new part of my life

I want to start out by saying that I am new to this gym. So far I have worked with 5 staff members of the staff. Every single member was more than helpful and knowledgeable. They have worked with me even with my previous injuries and limitations. I have lower back injuries from being in the Army, along with a damaged left arm from a severe motorcycle accident. They are very encouraging. They will push you to your max. They are very professional. I watched them with the children classes and it is awesome how they can adjust from dealing with adults to children so easily. They have classes for everyone; men, women, old, young, fat, fit, professional, amateur and everything in between. THE BEST PART OF THIS GYM IS IT IS FUN AND IT WORKS!!!!!
