Just past the VA Hospital, this place is welcoming to people of all walks of life.nnThe environment is clean, safe, and nuturing. I stumbled into Rogue Combat Club and had some previous experience, but the sole focus on nogi has significantly leveled up my grappling game. Great instruction with a variety of styles and tough rolls. Plus, they make a bomb recovery protein shake that rotates monthly. What else could you want?.
Initially, I went in with some anxiety. I'm not in great shape, nor do I have any experience with martial arts. I have only been a member at Rogue for about 2 weeks and I have to say it has already been such a great experience. Everyone I've met has been super supportive, patient and kind.
