Johnny, a former MMA fighter, remains engaged in competitive catch wrestling and BJJ globally. He wrestled for 5 years at The Citadel, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology Education. Since 2008, he’s been actively involved in the gym business, having purchased his first gym after graduation. Johnny has coached athletes and clients since college and intends to continue doing so indefinitely.

I stumbled into Rogue Combat Club and had some previous experience, but the sole focus on nogi has significantly leveled up my grappling game. Great instruction with a variety of styles and tough rolls. Plus, they make a bomb recovery protein shake that rotates monthly. What else could you want?.
