* How do I contact you?

You may send a customer service email to info@roguecombatclub.com or use the form on our contact page. You can also reach us by telephone by dialing 828-450-4836.

* Are family plans available?

YES! We have great family options! Contact us for info on how you can come in and check out a class on us!

* Do you have classes for Kids?

ABSOLUTELY!  We have classes for kids and teens!

* Can I transfer my membership?

No, sorry, memberships are non-transferable but if you need to cancel your membership please reach out and we will get it taken care of ASAP!

* Are extended trials available?

No, we don’t offer extended trials. Fitness, self defense and martial arts training isn’t something you can master in a short time and we only want to deliver the best training possible.

* I work a changing shift. Will Rogue Combat Club work with my schedule?

ABSOLUTELY! We have the best training schedule in Asheville!

* I’m a student. Will Rogue Combat Club work with my class schedule?

100%! We have classes morning, noon and evenings throughout the week

* I opted-in for information online and haven’t been contacted…

We’re sorry for any inconvenience to you. Rogue Combat Club is dedicated to providing you the best service possible. People are reached on a first opted, first called basis. Rest assured, we will get in touch with you.

* Can I cancel my membership?

While we hate to see you not accomplish your goals, we understand this fitness, self defense and community may not be the top priority for you at this time. Reach out to one of your coaches or our team to start the cancelation process.

* How did Rogue Combat Club get my contact information?

Rogue Combat Club does NOT buy or sell information. Rest assured, if we have your information, YOU gave it to us by filling out an opt-in form on this website, signing a waiver at our gym, or by entering your info at an event we have attended. You will be reminded of this when anyone employed at our facility gets in contact with you.

Yelling at an employee or accusing them of lying will not be tolerated. You have been made aware multiple times that YOU opted-in for an employee at our facility to get in touch with you concerning the services we offer.

* But seriously I never gave you my phone number…

If you recently purchased a phone and connected to it using a brand new number, or received a second-hand phone, there is a possibility the previous owner of that number opted-in to be called. Simply ask that you be taken off the calling list if you are not interested in fitness or martial arts. We are happy to oblige.

Please do not yell at our employees or accuse them of lying; their alleged mind reading skills do not exist and they cannot predict when people change phones or information. Rogue Combat Club bears no responsibility for the actions taken by others concerning your phone or contact information.

* My child opted-in online, what do I do?

Opt-ins by those under the age of 18 are not valid without the consent of a parent/guardian. A parent/guardian is required to be present to sign all forms and waivers for children under 18. Inform the representative who called you that your child is underage and we will take you off the calling list. Rogue Combat Club bears no responsibility for the actions taken by others concerning your phone or contact information.

* Can I get taken off the calling list?

We are more than happy to remove you from our contact list if you are no longer interested in fitness or martial arts. You can opt-out by emailing us at info@roguecombatclub.com with the subject “Opt-Out” or by calling us at 828-450-4836.

Be aware that you will be placed on the contact list again if you fill out an opt-in form on this website, sign a waiver at our gym, or enter your info at an event we attend. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you have a serious interest in the services we provide before opting-in using the various methods described above.
