4th of July Cajun Grilled Shrimp
What you need (Serves 4)
For the Cajun Spice Blend:
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon ground cayenne powder
¾ teaspoon dried oregano
¾ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
For the Shrimp:
2 Tablespoons olive oil
20 extra large shrimp, peeled and deveined
For the Cilantro Dressing:
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons scallions, whites only, minced
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
1. In a large bowl combine the spice blend and mix well. Add the olive oil and shrimp and toss until well coated.
2. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Skewer the shrimp by poking through the thickest part of the shrimp and also through the tail, so that it is secured in two places. Grill for about 7 minutes, turning halfway through until cooked through.
3. In a medium bowl combine the cilantro dressing ingredients. Brush the dressing over the cooked shrimp and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Just past the VA Hospital, this place is welcoming to people of all walks of life.nnThe environment is clean, safe, and nuturing. The staff are committed to their students, their craft, and each other.nnThe studio is surprisingly mobility friendly, although people in motorized wheelchairs would find it difficult to navigate beyond the front area.nnI am most impressed by the genuine and friendly connection the staff has with everyone, including each other.nnIt is refreshing to see a complete lack.

At first I was taken back by all of the text messages. I know now my coach even sent me a video. But a thought in the back of my mind told me only people that care about you contact you a lot. Only a person that cares about your health would send a video. So I Google the address and went without a text. My coach greated me with a smile. The feeling went you walk in the door is welcoming. You just want to come in and stay a while. I scheduled my orientation. When I arrived for my orientation I sa.

I stumbled into Rogue Combat Club and had some previous experience, but the sole focus on nogi has significantly leveled up my grappling game. Great instruction with a variety of styles and tough rolls. Plus, they make a bomb recovery protein shake that rotates monthly. What else could you want?.

Initially, I went in with some anxiety. I'm not in great shape, nor do I have any experience with martial arts. However, everyone at Rogue, instructors and students alike, have all been incredibly friendly and welcoming.nnThe atmosphere is lively and fun, and the gym is clean and looks great.nnI'm very happy with becoming a member at Rogue..

I have only been a member at Rogue for about 2 weeks and I have to say it has already been such a great experience. Everyone I've met has been super supportive, patient and kind. I feel more confident and am buzzing with endorphins when I leave. 10/10 recommend coming in and seeing for yourself what this gym can do for you!.
